Redefining the role of business in tackling inequality
Inequality is at its highest point in more than a century. Growing disparities in income, wealth, and wellbeing are worsening economic instability, eroding social cohesion, and stifling business growth and innovation.
We’re a collective of researchers and strategists committed to tackling inequality. We develop insights and tools to help business leaders discover opportunities that change the workplace and the societies we live in to create shared prosperity for all.
